The Apple Store is a granite wing of the 16th century farmhouse which has been converted to provide a self contained self catering cottage for visitors.
- From the front door you enter a spacious open plan kitchen/living area.
- The kitchen which has a granite floor is well equipped with full sized electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, and washing machine.
- The sitting area has a sofa and two comfortable chairs, a television with DVD player grouped around the wood stove.
- The cottage has full oil fired central heating.
- Upstairs, the original farm applestore, one bedroom has a double bed with ensuite shower, WC and hand washbasin.
- The second bedroom has two single beds with ensuite bath, WC and hand washbasin.
- All sheets and towels are provided.
- There is parking for two cars immediately outside, and there is a very small patio with table and chairs, or the owners' garden can be available by request.
It is close to the south coast and situated 3 miles to the west of St. Austell in a rural area. It is a convenient base for visits to the Eden project, 7 miles, and The Lost Gardens of Heligan, 7 miles. The nearest beach is 5 miles away at Porthpean. The Farmhouse is about 50 yds below a minor road in the heart of rural Cornwall's farm land.
Visitors are welcome to walk about on the farm; we have some cattle, horses, two large ponds stocked with roach and rudd, a stream and woodland.
Electricity and heating are included. Non-smoking.

The Apple Store is let from Saturday to Saturday, availability and prices are given below. Please contact Alix Boyd by clicking here for more information, and to confirm your required dates are free. Prices are given for a week although other lengths will be considered.
